It’s a busy part of town, especially with all the traffic going towards the hills. The office is pretty basic. We have a few wooden tables and some plastic chairs for when people stop by. Siliguri gets a lot of rain, so the roof makes quite a bit of noise sometimes. It’s just a few of us working here. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything fancy. We just focus on the daily tasks. Often, we’re out and about more than we are sitting at the desks. People around the Fapri area know us by name. We’ve been here for a good bit of time. It’s not always organized perfectly; sometimes we lose a pen or forget where we put a specific file. But it’s a friendly place. We don't wear suits or act like we’re in a big city boardroom. It’s more like a home office that grew a bit. We drink a lot of chai and talk about what needs to happen next. It’s just how we operate. Nothing too complicated, just a local foundation trying to stay busy in our corner of Siliguri. We usually close up early on Saturdays if there isn't much left to do.
