Sinhal Traders

Sinhal Traders is over on Sevoke Road in the Punjabi Para neighborhood. If you are looking for us, we are right near Sunny Tower, which most people use as a landmark when they are driving through this part of town. It is a very busy area with lots of traffic and people walking by at all hours of the day. We have been in this location for a long time and the shop has become a bit of a second home to us. It is not a polished or corporate kind of place. We mostly have boxes stacked up and a few desks where we handle the paperwork. My cousin works here with me, and we spend most of our time organizing shipments and talking to the delivery drivers who come in from all over. We don't have any fancy mission statements or slogans. We just open the doors every morning and get to work. The road outside can get quite messy when it rains, but we just put down some gunny bags and keep going. We know most of the other shop owners on Sevoke Road, and we often share a tea in the afternoon when things quiet down a little bit. It is a simple way of doing business, but it suits us just fine. We don't feel the need to be the biggest or the flashiest. We just want to stay busy and keep our regulars happy every day.
