Golden Engineering

Golden Engineering is tucked away in the Mangla Garage Compound, right at No. 164/3. If you’re driving down Sevoke Road, you know it can get pretty backed up with traffic, so we’re tucked back a bit from the main noise. The compound has a few other businesses, but we’ve got our own corner where we handle all the engineering stuff. It’s a bit of a dusty place, as you’d expect with machines and metal work going on. We don’t have a fancy reception area or anything like that. Usually, you’ll just find us in our work clothes, probably with some grease on our hands or checking over a drawing. The light in the workshop is okay, but it gets pretty hot in the afternoons. We’ve been at this spot for a while and the regulars know exactly where to find us in the compound. It’s a practical setup. We have our tools, our benches, and enough space to get the jobs done without bumping into each other too much. Sevoke Road is always changing, with new shops popping up, but the Mangla Garage Compound stays pretty much the same. It’s a decent place to work if you don't mind a bit of noise from the engines next door. We just focus on the engineering side of things and try to keep everything running smooth. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s what we do here. We just keep our tools sharp and our hands busy to make sure everything gets finished on time.
