Royal Motors

We are located at 64, Sevoke Road in Darjeeling. It’s a busy spot, especially with all the cars coming through the district every day. Our shop isn't hard to find if you know this part of the area. We deal with motors and spare parts mostly. There is usually a lot of noise from the street outside, and the shop can get a bit crowded with parts when things are busy in the mornings. The staff here has been around for a long time now. We mostly spend our days looking at engines or helping people find a specific part they need for their older vehicles. The Darjeeling weather means things can get a bit damp inside, so we have to keep an eye on the inventory to make sure everything stays dry. It is definitely not a shiny showroom. We have grease on our hands most of the time. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that. Just a simple desk in the corner where we keep the books and a few plastic chairs for people to sit while they wait for us. People stop by on their way up the hill or when they’re heading back down towards the main town. Sometimes the delivery trucks get delayed because of the road conditions, but we just manage with what we have on the shelves. It’s a straightforward business. We show up, do the work, and go home. That's how it's been for years.
