Our office is located in Gurung Nagar, right here in Siliguri. West Bengal is home for us, and this neighborhood is where we’ve set up shop. We do consultancy work, which mostly involves helping people with their various documents and business needs. It’s a small place, nothing too fancy. You won’t find any marble floors or expensive art here. Just a few desks, some old fans that squeak a bit, and a lot of paper. Gurung Nagar is a nice enough area, though it can get pretty crowded during the day. We’ve been here for years, so most of the people around know who we are. We don't really do much in the way of marketing. People just walk in when they need help with something. We try to be straightforward with everyone. If we can help, we say so. If we can't, we tell them that too. It’s just how we do things. We spend our mornings going through the mail and our afternoons meeting with anyone who drops by. It’s a steady life. The weather in Siliguri can be a bit unpredictable, but we’re always here at the desk. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the ropes. It’s a simple operation and that’s exactly how we like it. We just keep things real and keep working. Every day is different but we handle it. We just take it slow.
