M/S Mahamaya Pharma

Our place is on Rani Rashmani Sarani. It’s a street that has its own rhythm and plenty of traffic. M/S Mahamaya Pharma is tucked away here, and we’ve been operating out of this same building for a while now. The address is basically the name of the street twice on our mail, which is funny when you see it on an envelope. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves and a heavy wooden counter that has seen better days. It’s got scratches and ink stains all over it from years of use. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone telling us how to talk to people. We just answer the phone and help whoever comes in. The back room is where we keep the bulk of the stock, and it’s a bit of a maze back there. You have to know exactly where you’re going or you’ll trip over a box of gauze or some other medical supplies. We spend a lot of time cleaning the glass on the display cases because fingerprints show up so easily. It's a small team here, just a few of us who have worked together for many years. We know each other's families and what everyone likes to eat for lunch. It’s a comfortable atmosphere, even if it gets stressful when a big shipment arrives late on a Friday afternoon. We just deal with the problems as they come and try to keep things moving along. It’s just a simple business and we like it here.
