M/S Hillson Anand

M/S Hillson Anand is found on Church Road. We are specifically located at the Marwari Panchayat Bhawan in the Darjeeling district. Being in Darjeeling means we deal with a lot of different weather, especially the thick mist and the rain that comes and goes. Our place is in a well-known building, so most locals can find us without much trouble at all. We do various types of trade and agency work for folks around here. The office has that old-school feel you find in these hill stations. It can get quite cold in the winter months, so we usually have some hot tea going to keep us warm. We aren't a big corporation by any means. It’s a local operation where we know the shopkeepers and the folks living nearby in the hills. Church Road is usually busy with people walking up and down all day. We have been operating from the Marwari Panchayat Bhawan for quite a while now. Our day starts early, and we spend a lot of time on the phone or talking to people who drop by for a chat or business. It's a simple way of doing business. We don't use much fancy technology, just the basics to keep our records straight. The view outside isn't bad when the clouds finally clear up. We just like being part of the community here and doing our part. It’s honest work and we've been at it long enough that it feels like second nature.
