Mmg, Saudi Arabia

It sounds a bit confusing because our name is Mmg, Saudi Arabia, but we are actually located in Sonada, which is near Darjeeling in West Bengal. Our office is at the Abnr address. Being up here in the hills is very different from being in a big city. The air is much cooler and it’s a lot quieter. Our office is just a small room in a local building. We don't have many people working here, usually just two or three at a time. We spend our days on the computer or the phone, coordinating things that are happening far away. The commute to the office can be a bit of a trek because of the winding mountain roads. Sometimes the mist rolls in and you can hardly see the building from the road. It’s a very peaceful place to work. We don't have any fancy office equipment, just the basics like a printer and some old desks. We usually have a pot of tea going because it gets cold in the mornings. We aren't a big operation with a lot of hierarchy. We just talk to each other and get the work done. People in Sonada know who we are, even if they don't quite understand what we do with the Saudi Arabia name. We just take it as it comes. It’s a simple life and a simple way to run an office. We really like the atmosphere here.
