Mahabir Trading Company

Mahabir Trading Company is tucked away at 107 Sevoke Road in Siliguri. We’re part of the Darjeeling district, which is a place we’re proud to call home. Trading is what we do, so our days are mostly filled with phone calls and checking on the stock in the warehouse. Sevoke Road is always packed with people and vehicles, so there’s never a quiet moment outside our front door. Inside, we try to keep things as organized as we can, though piles of invoices and ledgers sometimes get in the way. We’ve been at this location for a good while. It’s a simple setup with a few old desks and a lot of storage space for the goods. We deal with all sorts of people, from local shopkeepers to folks coming in from further out in the hills. Sometimes the heavy rain in this part of West Bengal makes things a bit slow, but we keep the lights on and the doors open anyway. We aren’t a corporate giant or a big name. We’re just a few people who know the local market quite well. Dealing with logistics is a big part of our life, and it can be a headache when the trucks are delayed for some reason.
