We are over in the Khalpara area of Siliguri, inside a building called Shiv Mahal on Vidyasagar Road. We are at number 34. If you are familiar with the Vishal Megamart nearby, we are just a short walk from there. Khalpara is always a bit crowded and busy, which keeps things interesting for us. Our office is a place where we plan out tours and travel stuff for people wanting to see the hills or the plains. It is not a huge place, just a few rooms where we keep our computers and all the travel logs. We started this because we liked traveling ourselves and thought we could help others do it too. Most of our day is spent on the phone talking to hotels or checking on car bookings. Sometimes it gets a little chaotic when the tourist season starts, but we manage to keep things going. We do not have any slick presentations or corporate slogans hanging on the walls. It is just a working office with maps pinned up and half-empty tea cups on the desks. We know the roads around here really well and we know which places are good to stay at. People drop by after shopping at the Megamart sometimes just to ask about prices. We try to be helpful and give them the facts without any extra fluff. It is a local business and we like it that way because it feels more real.
