Harshita Engineer is based on Sevoke Road, specifically at Rashik Lal Ghosh Sarani in Siliguri. If you know the city, you know that Sevoke Road is always packed with people and vehicles. It’s a very busy commercial hub, and we are right in the middle of it. Our workshop and office are combined into a space that is mostly filled with mechanical parts, tools, and machines that need fixing. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a few years now. The weather here in Siliguri can be quite a challenge, with heavy rains and high humidity, which means we are always making sure our tools don't rust. We are a small team of technicians and engineers who just enjoy fixing things. We don't have a big corporate office or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, you’ll find us with our sleeves rolled up, working on some piece of equipment. People in the area know us mostly through word of mouth. We don't bother with much advertising because we’re usually busy enough with the work that comes in from the neighborhood. Every day brings something different, from a simple repair to a more complex engineering problem. We just take things one step at a time and try to be as practical as possible. It is a modest way of doing things, but it has worked for us for a long time. We just keep our heads down and get the job done.
