Golyan Travels

Our office is inside Golyan Sadan, right above Anils Apparels on Sevok Road. It’s a busy part of Siliguri, so there is always a lot of noise from the street. We’ve been operating from here for some time now. It is a bit of a walk up, but most people don't mind. We spend most of our morning sorting out files and checking the schedules for the day. Sevok Road is always packed with cars and bikes, so it's a lively spot to work in. Inside, it’s just desks, some old computers, and a lot of paper. We aren't trying to be anything big or corporate, just a local place where you can get your travel sorted. Sometimes we are busy with five things at once, and other times it’s quiet enough to hear the fans humming. We have a routine. We come in, open the shutters, and start making calls. The building itself is well-known around here, so finding us isn't too hard for folks. We don't spend much on decorating the place because we’re usually too busy actually working. It’s just a regular office where we try to help people get from one place to another without too much fuss. We know the area well, and we know how the local transport behaves. That’s pretty much how we spend our days here in Siliguri.
