We’re tucked away in the R. G. Complex on the 2nd floor, right in the middle of Momo Gali at Seth Srilal Market. If you know Siliguri, you know how busy Sevoke More can get during the day. The smell of momos from the street downstairs is always there and it makes us hungry. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs to get to our place. The shop isn't huge but we have it packed with everything we need. We spend our days sorting through new arrivals and talking to people who find their way up here. It gets really crowded during the market days when everyone is out shopping for the week. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us who know the local market well. We try to keep the racks organized but it’s a constant battle every day. Sometimes the electricity flickers and we just have to wait a second for it to come back. It’s just part of being in this older building. We like being in the heart of the market because there’s always something happening right outside. We have a small corner where we keep our bags and have our lunch together. It’s a very basic setup, mostly just metal racks and some mirrors. People come here because they know we’ve been around for a bit and they trust us.
