Bharati Hindi School

Bharati Hindi School is located right in Ward 46. You can find us on the Purnea Siliguri Road, specifically in the Patiram Jote area. It’s a busy part of Siliguri with lots of vehicles passing by all day. Our school is mostly for families living nearby who want their kids to learn in Hindi. The gates open early and the yard fills up with noise pretty fast. We have several rooms for different classes. It’s not a huge campus, but we manage with the space we have. Some of the walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but the classrooms are clean enough for the students. We focus on the daily lessons and making sure the kids finish their homework. Teachers here live in the neighborhood too, so they know the families well. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit muddy, but the children still make it to class. We have a small desk at the front where people can ask questions. It’s just a regular local school helping out the community. Nothing fancy going on here. We've been at this spot for some time now. People recognize the name when they walk past. It’s a noisy, lively place during the day, then it gets quiet once the final bell rings and everyone heads home. The routine stays the same through the seasons, and we like it that way. It keeps things simple for everyone.
