We run our agriculture business out of a space we share with Sevoke Motors Pvt Ltd. We are located at the 2nd mile mark on Sevoke Road, which is a major route for anyone heading up toward the hills or into Siliguri. It’s a strange mix, having tractor parts and seeds right next to a motor company, but it works for us. The road outside is always roaring with heavy trucks and buses. We spend a lot of our time dealing with farmers who are passing through or coming into town for supplies. Since we are right on the main road, we get a lot of walk-in traffic. Our office is more like a counter and a storage room. We handle everything from fertilizers to basic farming tools. It’s a practical setup. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy storefront. Mostly, it's just us giving advice on what to plant or how to fix a piece of equipment. The grease from the motor shop next door kind of drifts over, and the dust from the road is constant. We just keep the doors open and help whoever comes in. It’s a rough-and-ready kind of place. We focus on the local farming needs and try to keep the right stuff in stock. It’s just a basic business on a busy road.
