We are over here at Kalyani Apartment on Guru Nanak Sarani. If you know Siliguri, you know Sevok Road gets really busy around Panjabi Para. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we sit and handle travel stuff all day. We’ve been in this building for a while now. Some days are loud with the traffic outside, but we just keep the door shut and answer the phones. It gets dusty, but that is just Siliguri for you. People walk in looking for help with trips or just to ask directions sometimes since we are easy to find near the main road. We keep a few chairs for people to sit while we look things up on the computer. It’s mostly just us trying to get the paperwork right so nobody has problems later. Sometimes the internet is slow, which is annoying when you have people waiting, but we manage. We don't have a big sign or anything, just the usual office setup. It's a small team here, just a couple of us who know the local routes and how the trains and cars work around here. We usually have tea brought in from the stall nearby in the afternoons. It’s a plain business, really. We just show up, do the bookings, and head home when the sun goes down. Nothing more to it than that.
