Car Care

Our shop is located in Village Post Kanakpur, which is part of the Silchar Tehsil in Cachar district. It is not in the middle of a big city, but more on the outskirts where things are a little quieter. Being in this part of Assam means we deal with a lot of rain and mud, so cars around here always need a good look over. We started this place because people in the village needed a reliable spot to bring their vehicles without driving all the way into the main Silchar town. The building is simple, just enough space for the tools and the cars we are working on. We usually have a few vehicles parked out front waiting for parts or a wash. My family lives nearby, so someone is almost always around even after we close for the evening. We don’t have a big sign or anything flashy. Most people know us by word of mouth or just because they drive past Kanakpur on their way to work. Sometimes we run out of specific supplies because deliveries to this district take longer than they should. We just make do with what we have and keep the customers updated. It is honest work, and we enjoy talking to the neighbors who stop by for a chat while we work on their engines. Life moves a bit slower here, and we like it that way.
