We are located in Naya Bazar on Dantam Road, right near the Central Bank of India. Being in West Sikkim, specifically in the P.O. Soreng area, means things are a bit different than the big cities. Life moves at a different pace here. Our enterprise handles a bit of everything that the local folks might need. It’s a small operation, mostly family and a few helpers from the neighborhood. The bazar gets quite lively on market days, and we are right in the middle of it all. We’ve got the bank close by which makes things easier for the daily cash work. The shop itself is tucked in among other small businesses. We have a lot of conversations with people who stop by just to say hello or ask about the weather. It’s not just about selling things; it’s about being part of the Soreng community. Sometimes the roads are a bit rough, especially when the monsoon hits, but we stay open as much as we can. We keep our stock on the shelves and try to stay organized, though it gets a bit messy when we get a big delivery in. It’s just how we run things. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just our physical presence here on Dantam Road. People know where to find us. We just take it one day at a time and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door.
