Vinayak Hospital Laparoscopy & Amp; Mother Care Centre

Our place, Vinayak Hospital Laparoscopy & Mother Care Centre, is right across from the Devipura petrol pump in Basant Vihar. It’s a landmark everyone in the area knows, so it makes giving directions to new patients pretty easy. Being a mother care and surgery center, we have a lot of families coming in at all hours. There is always someone arriving or leaving, especially with the petrol pump traffic right across the street. The building has a few floors, and we try to keep the rooms as comfortable as we can for the new mothers. It’s certainly not a luxury hotel, but we make sure the beds are clean and the water is always running. We see a lot of new parents who look a bit nervous, and our nurses try to help them feel at ease. The nurses have been with us for years and they know the routine inside and out. Sometimes the traffic outside gets really loud in the evenings, but inside the wards, we try to keep things a bit more peaceful. We have a small wooden desk at the entrance where we keep all the records. It’s a lot of paperwork to manage every day, but we get through it. The stairs are a bit narrow, but we have a lift that works well for those who can't walk up. We don't go for anything flashy or expensive. It's just a place where we help people with their health. Most of our day is spent checking charts and talking to families.
