Tyulip Spices Private Limited

Our place, Tyulip Spices Private Limited, is right on the Main Road in Ghassu Village, out here in the Lachhmangarh Tehsil. If you are heading past the Mody Institute, you have probably seen our sign or maybe smelled what we are working on that day. We have got the space at Patta No. 25-27 where we do all the sorting and packing. It is a lot of hard work, especially when the Rajasthan sun is beating down on the roof in the middle of the afternoon. We mostly deal with local spices, and the whole floor is usually covered in bags and scales. It gets pretty dusty inside, and someone is always sneezing from the pepper or the turmeric. We are not some big fancy factory with robots; it is mostly just us hands-on, making sure the bags are filled right and tied up tight. The village is quiet for the most part, but the main road keeps us connected to the bigger markets. We started out small and just kept at it, year after year. There is always a lot to do, from checking the raw seeds to making sure the shipments are ready for the trucks that pull up outside. It is honest work, and it keeps us busy from sunrise until we finally lock up the gates at night.
