Tanishka Hospital and Research Center is in Sikar, located at Dhanwantri Bhawan on Silver Jubli Road. We are in Ward No. 30, right across from the S. K. Hospital. Being right across from such a big landmark makes it easy for people to find us, but the traffic on Silver Jubli Road is always a mess. There are rickshaws and people everywhere at almost any hour of the day. Our building is a bit older and has that solid, lived-in feel to it. Because we are a research center too, we have some areas filled with books and files that you might not see in a regular clinic. The hospital part is always moving, with nurses and doctors going between the different wards. We have a lot of patients who come in from the rural parts of Sikar district because they know this road well. The reception area is usually quite loud with people asking questions or waiting for their turn. We have some old wooden benches and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but everything works the way it should. Our staff has been here a long time, so we know how to handle the busy days without getting too stressed out. It’s a traditional medical environment, not a polished corporate office. We just do the work that needs doing every day and keep things running for the people of Sikar.
