Our business, Sri Jotram Kripa Infrastructure Private Limited, is based in a quiet spot called Dhani Areda. It is in Navlal Village, near Bagariyavas in the Sikar area. Being out here in the village means we know everyone and everyone knows us. We don't have a glass office or fancy desks. Our work is mostly done outside on the dusty roads and fields where the actual building happens. Dealing with infrastructure in a place like Rajasthan means you have to be ready for anything, like the sudden wind or the lack of water for mixing concrete. We have a few old trucks and some reliable machinery that we keep at H.No. 189. Every morning starts early with a cup of tea before we head out to see which site needs us the most. Sometimes we are working on small paths and other times it is bigger structural stuff. We don't spend money on ads because word of mouth in the village is enough for us. If we do a bad job, the whole village will know by evening, so we just focus on doing the work right. The guys on the crew are local boys who know the land. We just keep building things one day at a time, making sure the foundations are solid enough to handle the weather we get around here.
