Shyam Industries

We are set up in the RIICO Industrial Area here in Sikar, right near the NH/11 highway. It is a busy spot. You can hear the trucks rumbling by all day long on the main road. The industrial area has its own rhythm, with lots of other factories nearby making different things. Our place, Shyam Industries, is part of that noise. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure the machines are running like they should. It gets loud inside, so you mostly have to shout if you want to be heard over the gear sounds. The sun hits the metal roof in the summer and it gets pretty warm inside, but we have some big fans that help a bit. Being near the highway is handy for getting materials in and out, though the traffic can be a headache on Monday mornings. We have a small crew of guys who have been with us for a bit. We don't really do much office work; it’s mostly about the production side of things. Sometimes the lunch break is the only quiet time we get. We sit outside in the shade of the wall if there is a breeze. It is a lot of work keeping everything organized. Boxes get stacked up, and we are always moving stuff around to make space. It’s just a standard industrial unit, nothing special to look at from the outside, but we stay busy with the orders that come through.
