Shri Rani Sati Masala Udhyog

We've been at Shop No. 17/65 near the Bara Jain Mandir for quite some time now. People around Bawari Gate know us as Shri Rani Sati Masala Udhyog. It’s mostly just us getting the spices ready, grinding them up, and making sure everything smells right before it goes out. The shop isn't huge, but it stays busy. Most mornings start early with the smell of turmeric and coriander filling the air. We don't have a big team or fancy machines. It’s just practical work. People stop by on their way to the temple or while doing their daily shopping. Sometimes the dust from the spices gets everywhere, and we have to clean up twice a day. We try to keep things organized on the shelves, but it's a working space, so it looks like one. If you walk past the gate, you’ll probably find someone here weighing out packets or sealing bags. It is a straightforward setup. We don't do much advertising; word of mouth from the neighbors usually keeps us going. Dealing with raw ingredients means our hands are always stained with some color or another. It's just what we do here. There isn’t much to the story other than staying open and keeping the grinders running. We’ve seen the area change, but the shop stays pretty much the same. Just a local spot doing the work we know how to do for the people in the neighborhood.
