Riyanshika Fashions Private Limited

We are Riyanshika Fashions Private Limited and our place of work is at Godawari Villa. This is located in Ward Number 1 on Fatehpur Road near the Power House in Sikar. The house belongs to Saraswati Devi who is the wife of Norang Lal. It is a very local setup here in Rajasthan. We don't work out of a big industrial park or a commercial complex. We are right here in the community. Being near the Power House makes it easy for people to find us when they are coming down Fatehpur Road. Sikar is our home and we have been running Riyanshika Fashions from this villa for a while. It has a very personal feel to it because it is essentially a home that we have turned into a workspace. We have our sewing machines in one area and our finished goods in another. It can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of people working at once but we are like a family here anyway. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of managers. We just have the people who do the actual work. Sometimes the goats from the neighbor's yard wander near the gate but that is just life in Sikar. We are happy to be doing what we do from Godawari Villa. It is a practical way to run a fashion business without all the extra costs of a fancy office. We just focus on the clothes and making sure they are done right.
