Our business, Red Valley Stones Llp, is located out in Village Jajod, which falls under the Laxmangarh Tehsil in Sikar. Being in a village means we have a bit more space than the city shops, which is good because stone work requires room. We are pretty far out from the main city centers, so it’s a quiet place to work for the most part. The roads around here can be a bit rough, especially when the rains come, but we make it work. Most of our time is spent managing the stone inventory and making sure the trucks can get in and out of the village without getting stuck. We aren't big on formal meetings or wearing suits; usually, we are just in our regular clothes getting things done. The people in Jajod are mostly farmers or laborers, and we fit right in with the local vibe. It’s a simple life here. We handle the business side of things from a small office room near the site. Sometimes we have to head into Sikar for bank work or to pick up supplies, but mostly we stay right here in the village. We don't have any fancy brochures or a PR person. If someone wants to know about our stones, we just show them what we have in the yard. It is a practical way of doing things that has worked for us so far.
