Pareek Marble

We are located right near the bus stand, which makes it very easy for people to find us even if they are not from around this area. Being so close to the main transport hub means there is always a lot of noise and people moving about at all hours. Pareek Marble is where we keep all our different stone slabs and our heavy cutting equipment. It is a heavy and very dusty business, and you certainly will not find us wearing anything nice while we are working. We spend most of our time moving marble blocks around or showing people the different grains and colors of the stones we have. It is definitely hard on the back, but there is something quite satisfying about seeing a rough piece of stone get cleaned up and polished. We do not have a fancy showroom with lights. Everything is just laid out in the yard so you can see exactly what you are getting before you buy it. Sometimes the heavy rain makes the yard a bit of a muddy mess, but we manage to get through it. We have been at this same spot for years, and most of the bus drivers and the other local shopkeepers are our friends. We do not do much in the way of advertising. Usually, someone just sees our painted sign by the bus stand and walks in. We try to be honest about what we can do for customers.
