Our place is located in Ward No. 29, right near the Shitala Mandir in Laxmangarh. If you know Sikar, you probably know the temple area. It’s a landmark for us. We’ve been operating here for some time now. Being a hotel in a place like Laxmangarh means we see people from all over who are coming through Sikar. It isn't always busy, but we keep the rooms ready just in case. The staff here is local. We spend our mornings checking the inventory and making sure everything is where it should be. Sometimes the weather gets really dry out here, so we try to keep the lobby comfortable. We don't have any big corporate manuals or anything like that. We just talk to people and help them get settled. Living and working near the temple means we hear the bells and see the crowds on festival days. It's a busy corner of the ward. We handle the bookings ourselves and look after the maintenance. The building has its quirks like any old place in Rajasthan. We just want to make sure the rooms are clean and the lights work. It’s a straightforward business. No big promises, just a roof and a bed. We’ve grown used to the pace of life here in Sikar. It’s simple work but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We don't do anything special, just keep the doors open for anyone needing a spot for the night.
