Pahel Fashions

Our spot, Pahel Fashions, is over at Shubham Apartments, right in Shop 121314. It is quite close to the Ramlila Maidan on Mahamandir Road. The shop is a bit of a walk from the main entrance but not too hard to find once you are inside the building. Most of our time is spent dealing with fabrics and different styles that people like to wear. It gets pretty crowded in here with all the clothes hanging up and boxes tucked into corners. This place started because we liked the idea of having a local spot where people could find something decent to wear without traveling too far. There is usually some tea going and someone talking about the latest patterns or local news. It is not a big showroom with bright lights and mirrors everywhere. It is just a regular shop where we try to keep things organized, though it doesn't always stay that way during a busy afternoon. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late or we run out of a specific color, but that is just part of running a small business. Being near the Maidan is good because there is always some activity nearby. People stop in after their daily errands. It is a simple setup we have here, just us and the clothes and the daily routine of keeping the shop open for the neighborhood.
