JSDL NIDHI LIMITED

JSDL Nidhi Limited is based in Ganesh Bhawan, right in Shri Madhopur. We’re located over by the OBC stand, so it’s easy for people to find us when they get off the bus. The building is owned by Sajjan Singh’s family. Sikar can be a pretty intense place with the weather, but Ganesh Bhawan stays relatively cool. We’ve got a couple of rooms here filled with old filing cabinets and some sturdy desks. There’s no elevator or anything, just the stairs. Most of our day is spent looking over documents and talking to people who walk in from the stand. You can hear the bus drivers shouting out destinations all day long. It gives the place a lot of energy. We aren't trying to look like a big city bank. We have a simple calendar on the wall and a water jug in the corner for anyone who’s thirsty. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy, but we know where everything is. It’s a local operation through and through. We know the families around here and they know us. There’s no need for fancy titles or corporate talk. We just open up in the morning, sweep the floor, and wait for the first person to come in. It’s just how things are done in Sikar.
