You can find us at Plot No. 35 on Parasrampuria Street, specifically Path No. 7 in Vijay Bari, just off Sikar Road. We are not located in one of those shiny new business parks. We are in a more lived-in part of the city, which is fine by us. We deal with food, and our daily life revolves around making sure everything is sorted and ready for the market. It is not a glamorous setup. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the chairs in the breakroom are a bit mismatched. But we are not here to look pretty; we are here to work. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers or checking the inventory in the back. We do not have a corporate handbook or a lot of rules about how to talk to people. We just treat everyone like neighbors. Sometimes the traffic on Sikar Road makes us a little late in the mornings, but we always catch up. We are not trying to be some high-end luxury brand. We are just a group of people who know about food and want to run a solid business. It is a lot of repetitive work, like checking weights and sealing bags, but it is what keeps the lights on. We do not have a mission statement. We just show up, do the job, and try to do it right.
