Global Hospital

Our hospital is right out on N H 52 in the Shekhawati area, near the Sardarpura Bus Stand. It’s a good spot for people who are traveling along the highway or living in the nearby villages. Being near the bus stand means we get a lot of folks who just hop off the bus because they aren't feeling well or had a mishap on their journey. It’s not a fancy city hospital with glass elevators. It’s a sturdy building made for this climate. We have a lot of space, which is nice, but it takes a lot of effort to keep the dust off everything since the highway is so close. You can hear the big trucks downshifting as they go by. Our doctors and nurses are used to the pace here. Some days are slow and we just sit and talk, and other days it feels like everyone in Sardarpura decided to come in at once. We don't have a big website or do any advertising. People just know we are here by the bus stand. We keep a supply of basic medicines and have a few rooms for people who need to stay a night or two. It’s a very practical kind of place. We focus on getting people back on their feet so they can get back to their farms or their jobs. It’s a simple life out here on N H 52, and we are just glad to be a part of it.
