We've been at this spot in Mohalla-Zamindaran for a while now. It's just a regular office in Sikar where we handle things for Galfar Eng. & Cont. Co. Saog Oman. Mostly, it's about engineering and construction stuff. We have people coming in and out all day dealing with project details. It’s not a fancy place, just where the work happens. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it's quiet while everyone is out at a site. We've got our desks and files piled up. Most of us here grew up nearby, so we know the area well. It's a busy part of Rajasthan to be in. People ask what we do, and it's basically just making sure buildings and roads get finished the right way. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty for visitors because we're usually too busy with blueprints or talking to the guys on the ground. It’s a lot of long hours, honestly. The tea stall down the road sees us quite a bit. We've had this office here for years and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. It gets hot in the summer, but we manage. We aren't trying to be something we aren't, just a solid crew. We try to keep things moving along without too much fuss.
