We are situated at H-8 in the Industrial Area of Fatehpur, out in Sikar. Being in an industrial zone means most of our customers are people who work in the nearby factories and workshops. They usually come in during their lunch breaks or after they finish a long shift, so we try to have food ready when they need it. It’s not a fancy cafe with soft music; it’s a practical food joint where you can get a quick meal and a seat. The area can be a bit rugged with the trucks passing by and the sound of machinery from the other units, but that’s just the environment we are in. We spend our day prepping ingredients and keeping the kitchen running. The heat in Rajasthan can be pretty intense, especially in a kitchen, so we do our best to stay cool while we cook. We don’t have a big menu with hundred of items, just the stuff people like to eat regularly. Our team is small, and we handle everything from the cooking to the cleaning ourselves. It’s a straightforward business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with decorations; we just want to make sure the food is hot and the service is fast enough for someone on a short break. It’s a busy spot during the afternoons, and we like the energy of the workers coming through every single day. We stay open until the last of the shifts are done and the industrial area goes quiet for the night.
