It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We’ve been doing this for a while and we know the ins and outs of the local regulations. It’s not always easy, but it’s what we know. We just take things one project at a time. Sometimes the paperwork piles up on the desk, but we get through it eventually. It’s just a simple operation without any bells or whistles. We focus on the actual building instead of trying to look impressive.
