Agility Logistics

Agility Logistics is situated in a rural part of Sikar, Rajasthan. Our office is in Dhani-Gabli Ki, which is near the Jharli post office. It is a very different environment compared to the big cities like Delhi or Mumbai. Here, the surroundings are mostly fields and open space. The roads are a bit dusty, and you see more tractors than cars. We handle the logistics for the local area from this small building. It is a quiet place, but the work is still very demanding. We have to coordinate with drivers who are traveling long distances across the state. The summer heat in Sikar is quite intense, so the office can get very hot in the afternoons. We have a basic fan and we keep the doors open to let in any breeze. Our team is local, and we know everyone in the village. It is not a corporate atmosphere at all. We just sit together and figure out how to get things moved. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just have to wait it out. It is a simple, practical way of working. We don't have any big ambitions to be a global giant, we just want to do our job in this part of Rajasthan and go home to our families. We spend a lot of time checking the local weather and road conditions to keep things on track.
