We are over at Mahaveer Complex, specifically Shop No- 5 and 6. It's right on Railway Station Road. It's a busy part of town with people always coming and going from the trains. The shop is small but we make it work. We have a lot of stuff piled up inside. It’s not the most organized place, but we know where everything is. My father started this years ago. I took over and kept things moving. We sell what people need around here. Sometimes it's busy and we barely have time to sit down. Other times it's quiet and we just watch the traffic outside. The station road is always noisy with horns and people shouting. You get used to it after a few years. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the customers by name. We don't do much advertising. People just find us because we’ve been here so long. The complex itself is old but it stays cool in the summer. We keep some water for anyone who stops by. It’s a simple life. We open early and close when the last train rush is over. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit by the door. We see the same faces every morning heading to work. It’s a good community to be part of. We just try to keep the shelves stocked and the prices where they should be for our neighbors.
