Rajshree Paver Block & Flies Bricks Industries

Out in Village Akauri, life moves at a different pace than the big cities. We’re located in the Churhat Sidhi area, where we spend our time manufacturing paver blocks and fly ash bricks. It’s a specialized kind of work compared to the old clay bricks. We have to be careful with the mixtures to make sure the blocks come out right for the paths and roads they’ll eventually become. The village of Akauri is a quiet place, and we like it that way. Most of the people working here are from the nearby houses. We don't have a corporate office with air conditioning. Instead, we have the open air and the sound of the machinery pressing the blocks into shape. It’s a practical business. We make things that people walk on or use to build their homes. There’s a certain satisfaction in seeing a finished stack of gray blocks ready to go out to a customer. We don't go around saying we’re the best or anything like that; we just show the blocks to whoever comes by and let them decide. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait, or a machine needs a bit of fixing, but we always get back to it. It’s just us doing our thing in this corner of Churhat Sidhi, making sure the local area has the supplies it needs for construction. We stay busy with the local orders and keep the machines running daily.
