Our small office is located at 4-Vasundhara Complex, right near the Bharat Hotel in Sidhi. If you are familiar with the area, we are quite close to the Hospital Chowk, which is always bustling with people and traffic. This is where we handle the human resources side of things for the company. The building is called Real Magic Computer and it is a bit of a local landmark for people around here. Working in Sidhi is different from being in a big city like Indore or Bhopal. Things move at their own speed and we know most of the people who come through the door. We spend a lot of our time looking at resumes, filling out forms, and talking to staff about their needs. Shipra Shrivastava is the one mostly keeping things organized in this branch. The office is simple, with a couple of computers and a lot of filing cabinets that have seen better days. We get a lot of dust from the road because of all the vehicles going towards the hospital. Sometimes we have to step out to the chowk to get some snacks or tea when the afternoon gets long. It is a lot of paperwork and administrative tasks, but it’s what keeps the company running in this part of Madhya Pradesh.
