Om Rice Mill

We are located out in Tongoor, which is a small place in the Sarngapur Mandal. If you are looking for us, we are in the Karim Nagar district. Running Om Rice Mill is what we do every single day. It is mostly just hard work and a lot of grain moving through the machines. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we get the rice processed for the farmers. It can get very hot here in the summer months, and the dust from the husks makes the air thick. We started this mill because there was a clear need for it in our local area. Most of the people who come to see us are just local farmers from around Tongoor. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy websites because everyone around here already knows where we are located. Sometimes the power goes out in the mandal, and everything just stops for a while. We use that time to sit outside in the shade and talk. It is a very basic way of doing things. We don't have a big corporate office or people in suits walking around. It is just the workers and the old machinery. Being in Karim Nagar means we are part of a community that understands how important rice is to every family. We just keep our heads down and keep the mill running as best as we can without making any fuss about things.
