Megha Restaurant Llp is found at Plot No.s 333/AA1, 333/AA2, and 335/AA1 in Pregnapur Village. This is over in the Gajwel area of Medak, Telangana, 502278. We have a pretty large space here since we took over those different plots to set things up. Running a restaurant in a village like Pregnapur is a lot of work. We start very early to get the kitchen ready and we often stay late after the last customers have left. It is a local place where people from Gajwel come to eat. We do not have any fancy menus or expensive uniforms. The chairs and tables are simple, and the floor is just plain tile. We spend most of our time in the back making sure the food is being prepared correctly. It is a lot of sweating over the stove and cleaning up afterwards. The village life is slow, but the restaurant can get very busy during the lunch hour. We have to deal with power cuts and water supply issues sometimes, which is just part of being in Medak. We don't have a big corporate team, just the staff here who do the cooking and the serving. It is a family-style environment where everyone knows each other. We focus on getting the food out on time and making sure the kitchen stays clean. There is no marketing talk here, just the sound of pots clanking and people talking over their meals.
