We just decided to put our skills together and see what we could do with import and export. The building is simple and we don't have much in the way of decoration. We spend our time looking at lists and talking to suppliers. Sometimes it gets a bit repetitive, but that's just the nature of this kind of business. We don't make big promises or use glossy brochures to get attention. Most people hear about us through word of mouth or by just stopping by. It's practical work. We make sure the numbers match up and the goods are actually what they say they are. Sometimes the internet is slow out here, which can be a pain when you're trying to send emails. But we get through it. We aren't looking to become some global giant, just a reliable group that handles their business properly. Living and working in Jagannathpally is nice because it’s a bit more relaxed than the middle of Hyderabad. We take things one day at a time and try to stay on top of the paperwork without losing our minds. It's just us and our work, trying to get through the week.
