Fertyllic India is based in Ramaram, which is a small place in the Doulthabad area of Medak. Our house number is 1-101. It’s a quiet spot out here in the Medak district of Telangana. We don't have a big fancy office building; we mostly work from this location which feels a lot like home. Dealing with fertilizers and agricultural needs is what keeps us busy. We are right there in the middle of the rural landscape, so we see the actual impact of the weather and the soil every day. The office is just a couple of rooms where we keep our records and handle the business side of things. It’s a small operation, really. Just a few of us making sure everything is running. We get a lot of locals coming by since it’s a small village. The road leading up to us can be a bit bumpy depending on the season. We’ve been here for a while and have gotten to know the cycles of the land around Ramaram. It isn't a high-pressure corporate environment. We just wake up, check what needs to be done for the day, and get to work. Sometimes the internet is slow, but we make do. It’s a very practical way to run a business. We focus on what’s right in front of us. This has been our base for a long time and we like the quiet.
