Keyur Industries

We’ve been here at Gulab Park on S. T. Road for quite some time now. Most days it’s just the sound of the machines running and the guys moving things around. Keyur Industries isn't a fancy place with a big lobby or anything like that. It’s mostly just grease, metal, and hard work. When you come down S. T. Road, you’ll find us tucked away near the other shops. We started out small and stayed that way on purpose because it’s easier to keep track of what’s going out the door. Sometimes the fans don't do much against the afternoon heat, but we get the jobs finished anyway. Most of the people working here have been with us for years, so we all know how the old lathes and presses like to behave. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we have to check a drawing or an invoice. Most of our day is spent actually making the parts people asked for. It gets noisy and messy, but that’s just how it is when you’re actually building stuff. If someone calls, they’re usually talking to me or one of the guys on the floor. We don't have a secretary. We just write things down on whatever paper is near the phone. It’s a simple setup. We do our work, lock up the gates in the evening, and come back to do it again tomorrow. It’s just how we live.
