We operate our business out of Village Mililani, over in the Siddharthnagar district. Our place is quite close to the power house, so it’s easy to spot if you’re coming through the village. We deal with all sorts of building materials that people around here need for their construction projects. It’s a lot of loading and unloading trucks, which keeps us pretty busy from sunrise until the sun goes down. The yard is usually full of sand, gravel, and other stuff that builders need. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, and there is always something to sweep up or move around. We’ve seen a lot of houses go up in this district over the years, and it feels good to know our materials are part of that. Being near the power house means we get a bit of noise, but we’re used to it by now. The roads around Mililani can be a bit narrow for the bigger supply trucks, so we have to be careful when things are being delivered. We aren't big on talking ourselves up; we just show up and handle the orders as they come in. Most of our customers are folks from the nearby villages who need a few things for a repair or a new wall. We keep it simple and just focus on keeping the piles stocked up and ready for whenever someone needs them.
