R.D.C Concrete India Ltd

Our site is located in Village Banakata, near Rithiya Bazar in the Siddharth Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh. It’s a very rural spot, which makes sense for what we do with R.D.C Concrete India Ltd. The address is quite a mouthful when you try to write it out, but it’s where we are every day. Working with concrete means things get pretty messy and dusty most of the time. You’ll see trucks coming and going, and there is always the sound of machinery in the background. It’s a tough job, especially when you’re out in the sun in UP, but someone has to do it. We don't have a polished office with fancy carpets. Instead, we have a practical space that can handle the dirt and the heavy equipment. We spend our time checking the mixes and making sure the deliveries are on schedule. It’s a lot of logistics and physical presence. The village life around us is slow, but our work is usually quite fast-paced because concrete doesn't wait for anyone. We’ve become a part of the local landscape here over time. It’s not a glamorous life, but there is a certain satisfaction in seeing things being built from the ground up using the materials we provide. We just keep our heads down, do the work, and try to keep things running as smoothly as possible despite the challenges of being in a remote area far from the main city.
