Anjali Khairi Store

Anjali Khairi Store is located in Dihta, right near the Bazaarv Samiti. It’s a convenient spot for people coming in from the surrounding areas. The store is a simple room with shelves that we built ourselves. We carry a bit of everything that people might need for their daily lives. It gets very busy on market days when the Bazaarv Samiti is in full swing. We have to keep an eye on the stock because things move fast during those times. The floor is just simple tile and we have a small counter where we handle the cash. We don't use a lot of technology here. Usually, it’s just a calculator and some scrap paper for figuring things out. My wife and I take turns watching the shop. We know most of our customers by their first names. They stop in to chat for a bit while they’re doing their shopping. It’s a friendly place, but we keep it basic. There are no bright lights or fancy displays. We just put the items on the shelves and keep them clean. When the weather is nice, we sit on a bench outside the door. We don't have a big corporate plan or anything. We just want to keep the shop running and help out the people in Dihta who need supplies. It’s a steady life and we’re happy with it as long as the neighbors are satisfied.
