Dochutaki Masala Udyog

Our place, Dochutaki Masala Udyog, is located in Village Sirsiya Bazar. We are right near the Gandhi High School in Parihar, so we hear the school bell ring every day. It’s a local village setup where we process different kinds of masalas. The air around here usually smells like turmeric, chili, and cumin. It can make you sneeze if you aren't used to it. We use basic machines to grind the spices. It is a dusty job, and we all wear scarves to cover our faces. We get our raw materials from the farmers nearby. It feels good to work with people we know. We don't have a big office or a website. Most of our sales happen right here at the bazar or through local shops in the tehsil. The work is physical and tiring. We spend a lot of time cleaning the seeds and making sure there are no stones before grinding. It’s a small family-run type of thing. We don't have any polished marketing materials. We just fill the bags and stitch them up by hand. People in Sirsiya know our quality because they’ve been using our spices in their kitchens for years. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait around, but that’s just life in the village. We take pride in the simple way we do things. It’s how it has always been for us here.
