Ram Bahadur Buildcon Private Limited is basically run out of House Number 88. You can find us right on Netwar Road in Akdengva. It’s the house where Munnu Sharma lives. We don't have a big sign or a glass building. It’s just a home office where we manage the construction projects. Siddharth Nagar is where we mostly operate. It’s a lot of coordination, honestly. One day we are looking for a truck, the next day we are trying to find enough cement. It’s never quiet. Ram Bahadur started this because there was a lot of building needed around Netwar. We use the local guys for labor because they know the land. Sometimes the rain slows us down for weeks, especially during the monsoon. We just wait it out and start back up when the mud dries. We don't have a website or anything like that. People usually just hear about us from their neighbors. It's a small community here in Uttar Pradesh. We keep our tools and some of the smaller equipment at the house. The kids are usually running around while we are looking over the plans on the kitchen table. It’s not what people imagine when they think of a private limited company, but it works for us. We just try to do a solid job on every house or wall we build.
