Quality Land Developers and Constructions is based out of Ward Number 10 in Ashfak Nagar, over in the Ausanpur area. It is a bit of a stretch to get here if you are coming from the main parts of Siddharth Nagar, but we like it well enough. The roads around Ashif Aknagar can be a bit bumpy depending on the season, especially when the monsoon hits and everything gets muddy. We have a small office where we handle all the land work and development stuff. It’s nothing fancy, just a room with a few desks and some maps on the wall so we know exactly where we are working. We aren't big on flashy things or big marketing. Most people find us by word of mouth or because they see our name on a site somewhere nearby. The pace of life here is a bit slower than the big cities, which suits us just fine. We usually start the day early before the sun gets too high and things get too hot to move. There's a lot of paperwork with land deals, so there are always stacks of files everywhere you look. We try to keep things tidy but it’s a working office, so it’s never perfect. We just do our bit and hope the weather stays clear so we can get the outdoor work done. It’s a decent life here in Siddharth Nagar and we just keep moving along day by day.
